Propylene tower and propane tower are the key equipment of the head and end oil refining unit process. Along with the increase of high sulphur crude oil ,equipment be in corrosion environment of sulfureted hydrogen over a long period of time ,reducing thickness of corrosion is the main damnification. The commonly safty evaluation is intensity calculation by equipment inspection,then confirm the using status.But the using life is in relation to the manegment and corrosion environment.So the method of integrative analyzing the corrosion status and using life by the environment of oil refining unit,can make up the deficiency of general inspection.Firstly,the paper inspect propylene tower and propane tower,and analyse the material,then assess the using result on equipment history condition. The equipment hasn′t overfulfill defect,and can use in the condition of present peration parameter.Then, the object of the present paper was to study the corrosion theory, the result show that propylene tower and propane tower is corroding by sulfur, belong to the reducing thickness module.Then analyse the corrosion speed and calculate tower intensity, the result show that propylene tower and propane tower is safty.Finally, the paper analyse the grade of invalidation probability and invalidation aftereffect, the result show that the risk of invalidation probability is low,and the invalidation aftereffect is middling. Educe the result of the remaining life by evaluating the remaining life of two tower.
