As technology and society progresses, the demands for fabric are focused on ecology, environmental protection and health. Now anion fabrics in China are still in early stage of research and development. In this case, we make a research on production process and performance of anion knitting shell fabrics. Base on studying reaction mechanism of tourmaline, preparation of anion fibres and performance of anion fabrics, it provides with a foundation of material choose and development. Through cooperating with Wuxi MINERVA Knitted Fashion Co Ltd, we developed three kinds of fabric respectively including ribbed fabric with urethane elastic fiber, interlock fabric and sprouted interlock fabric, then made it to cloth. In addition, testing its antibacterial rate focus on common golden staphylococcus and colibacillus and it comes to a conclusion that anion fabric has higher antibacterial performance. This paper uses AIR ION COUNTER (made in USA) to test these three kinds of fabrics, and we can get that emission of anions of sprouted interlock fabric is superior to others. Compared to Iorina, there is not obviously reduction in anionic number after washing which favorable to industrialization.In this paper, it applied anion technology to knitting fabrics which not only advised energy through temperature and friction from body, and also because it is directly with skin, it will improve its anti-bacterial performance, trace element release performance and anion release performance and so on. Most of important, it can work whole days which is specially different with other anion fabrics.
