Study On Wearability Of Knitted Fabric Sun Protection Clothing

With the continuous enhancement of people's health awareness,people pay more and more attention to the ultraviolet protection ability of clothing.In recent years,knitted sunscreen clothing is very popular,its fabric is mostly made of polyester and nylon fiber,the fabric is light and soft.In this paper,19 kinds of common knitted sunscreen fabrics in the market were selected as the research objects,including 7 kinds of polyester knitted fabrics,8 kinds of polyester/spandex blended knitted fabrics and 4 kinds of nylon/spandex blended knitted fabrics.The anti ultraviolet properties and wearability of these fabrics were studied and analyzed by numbering from 1~#to 19~#.The UV resistance of knitted sunscreen fabric was tested and analyzed.The results showed that:except for four fabrics,8~#,9~#,11~#,12~#,the UPF of the other 15 fabrics was more than 40 and UVA was less than 5%,which could be called UV protection products;According to the correlation degree of fabric structure parameters on UV protection performance,the thickness of fabric has a greater impact on UV protection performance,followed by surface density.After 30 times of standard washing,the change rate of the UPF of the rest fabrics except 8~#and 19~#fabrics is lower.Therefore,washing has little effect on the anti ultraviolet property of knitted sunscreen fabric.The mechanical properties and appearance properties of knitted sunscreen fabric were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the bursting and wrinkle properties of polyester knitted sunscreen fabric were better than those of polyester/ammonia knitted sunscreen fabric and nylon/ammonia knitted sunscreen fabric.The wear resistance,drapability,pilling resistance of 19 kinds of knitted sunscreen fabric were better than those of polyester/ammonia knitted sunscreen fabric and nylon/ammonia knitted sunscreen fabric.The thermal and moisture comfort properties of knitted sunscreen fabric were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the thermal conductivity,contact temperature and moisture absorption of nylon/ammonia knitted sunscreen fabric were better than those of polyester knitted sunscreen fabric and polyester/ammonia knitted sunscreen fabric,and air permeability was worse than them;The wicking property of polyester knitted sunscreen fabric was better than that of polyester/ammonia knitted sunscreen fabric and nylon/ammonia knitted sunscreen fabric;When the fabric density and area density of the same fiber are similar,the cold feeling of weft knitted fabric was better than that of rib fabric;The air permeability of double bead floor mesh fabric was better than that of rib fabric;There was a negative correlation between fabric density and air permeability?The grey relational analysis method was used to comprehensively evaluate the correlation degree of 12 evaluation indexes of knitted sunscreen fabric.The results showed that the wearing performance and anti ultraviolet performance of 2~#-7~#polyester knitted sunscreen fabric were better than those of other fabrics,among them,5~#knitted sunscreen fabric had the best wearability,air permeability and moisture permeability;When the UV protection of knitted sunscreen fabric is good,the air permeability and moisture permeability of the fabric with anti ultraviolet fiber are better than those of the fabric with anti ultraviolet finishing,and the air permeability and moisture permeability of the double bead mesh fabric are better than those of other knitted fabrics.
