The biodiesel is the environmental protection renewable energy which obtains bythe zoology and botany fat transformation. The biological enzyme synthesis biodieselhas the response condition to be temperate, merit and so on non-pollutant emission, wasthe recent years research hot spot. In view of the present, in process of enzymepreparation for biodiesel reaction, enzyme is easy to deactivation, the life is short, thuscaused the production costs too much, the paper use the new method that the enzymepreparation for biodiesel through armor esterification response in the organic mediumtert-butanol, and the papper has studied the catalyzed characteristic of the fat enzyme inthe tert-butanol response medium when it catalysis fat transformed to the biodiesel.First inspected the activity of lipase when it presses the purifical soybean oilarmor alcoholysis to preparation for biodiesel in the tert-butanol medium. The factoraffected the fat enzyme activity and the response condition have carried on theoptimization, and proposed the lipase two-step craft. Under the optimized responsecondition, the biodiesel rate may reach 93%, reduced half reaction time in the originalfoundation, thus decreased the energy consumption.The paper has studied fat phosphatide and the water classification factor how toinfluence the enzyme activity. The phosphatide has the reversible suppression toLipozymelM TL, but the negative influence which 435 produces to Novozym cannotrestore; When the water activity surpasses 0.44 in the reacting system, the fat finalconversion rate starts to reduce obviously; When the fat including free fatty acids, thefatty acid is easy to transformed as the biodiesel compared to the neutral fat. Theaccumulation of by-product glycerine in reacting system affects the enzyme and thereacting system's PH value affects the armor esterification response.The paper uses the tert-butanol extracts castor oil to prepare the biodiesel underthe fat enzyme catalysis. Tert-butanol extracts the castor oil from castor seed, and usethe extracted castor-oil to prepare biodiesel. The papper considered from unrefinedoil's phosphatide content and the rate of deliver oil, had selected the most appropriatecondition through the orthogonal experiment: The solvent amount used is castor seed powder 6 times, the deliver oil's time is 4 hours, the deliver oil's temperature is 25℃,the rate of deliver oil is 63%, the phosphatide content is 0.037%. Use the castor-oil toprepare biodiesel through the armor esterification response can save the reaction timeand reduce the energy consumption.
