Organic/inorganic hybrid material is a new type composite, in which inorganiccomponents bind to organic components via some method. Because this kind material canshow good properties of organic and inorganic components, It will be widely used in thefields of optoelectronic industry, information industry and some other science and technology.SiO2/PAA hybrid material has a good hydrophilic, bad water-solubility, optics clarity. Butphase separation is often found in the process of SiO2/ PAA hybrid material preparation,which will effect greatly on the hybrid material's properties. The extensive applications ofhybrid materials depend on improvement of morphology of the phase separation or thecomponents of hybrid material disperse in molecular scale.SiO2/PAA hybrid material has been prepared via the Sol-Gel process with TEOS asinorganic precursor, PAA as organic precursors, simultaneous loading in silicon couplingagent A-151, Organic/inorganic connected with chemical bond, via Sol-Gel process made ahybrid coating in molecular scale, The effects of the molar ratio of organic/inorganic, solventand other synthesis parameters on the properties of hybrid material were detailed investigated.Furthermore, the hybrid material coating was prepared via the Sol-Gel process mentionedabove and the properties of coating were also studied.It was found that different reactant proportion caused different effects on the structureand product's morphology, The most perfect dosage is 1:6:6.Via loading in coupling agent A-151, organic/inorganic connected with chemical bond,improvement of morphology of the phase separation. The relationship of the performance ofhybrid material coating prepared via the Sol-Gel process with the amount of TEOS andsilicon coupling agent was investigated, combining the results of begin and last hydrophilic,properties, water resistant,solid performance contact angle performance.The effects of themolar ratios of water and ethanol to the hybrid material sol system's viscosity and stockstability were studied. The PH was 3.5, and the molar ratio of both water and ethanol tosiloxane monomer was 6. Silicon coupling agent's dosage is 3ï¼….It was proved from FTIR. TEM., SiO2/PAA hybrid material coating whose componentsdispersed in molecular scale has been successfully prepared in this paper and this hybrid material coating exhibited good begin and last hydrophilic, combine with sample's forcevery strong.
