The Study On Environmental Influence And Construction Of Eco-industrial Park Of Wuhu Mechanical Industrial Development Zone

The industrial parks speed up the industrialization, promote the urbanization, and strengthen comprehensive potentiality of the regional economy, then become a bright spot in the regional economic development. But as a large number of industrial parks are established,the most important issue facing us is how they can develop well. Resolving the problem is the idea of the eco-industrial park(EIP). It is a new industrial park based on principles of industrial ecology and the concept of circular economy. It sets up industry's system, through imitating the natural ecosystem circulation way and food network; accordingly forms the interdependences industrial ecosystem with the fully utilizing of resources and reducing the negative effect to the environment. The goal of industrial sustainable development can be realized finally, and both economic development and environmental protection gained from it.Taking the Wuhu mechanical industrial development zone as an example, the paper analyzes its condition of environmental effect and researches into construction of eco-industry park . Main contents as follows:Firstly, this paper gives the background of the selected topic and the significance, elaborates the theories and the practice progresses of the domestic and foreign EIP systemically, analyzes characteristics and the functions of its by comparing with the traditional industrial parks, and proposes its conceptual model. At last, as the theories of EIP, industrial ecology and circular economy are introduced comprehensively.Secondly, based on the massive investigation, the paper finds out the zone environment background and analyzes the condition of its environment quality. The environmental influence is separately appraised by the land ecological suitability and ecology carrying capacity appraisal. And the appraisal results indicate that the present plan of land use is suitable, the eco-environment quality is in the good condition, and the ecology carrying capacity is in the medium level. But following the enhancement the developmental intensity and the development the economy, it is extremely urgent to enhance efficiency of utilization ratio of resources, implement the factors of production substitution and intersectional cooperation, and advance capacity efficiency of development zone.Thirdly, taking the pertinent theories of eco-industrial parks as the instruction, the paper proposes the outline scheme of construction of EIP of Wuhu mechanical industrial development zone. The analysis of the selected location indicates the selection is feasible, and the land layout is reasonable. Using system integration method, the paper researches industrial symbiosis system. In view of main industries in development zone-automobile fitting, the machine manufacture, the environmental protection industry and the food processing industry, it establishes the ecology industrial networks. Surrounding the main landscape skeleton and the present situation of resources, it designs population source, the inferior population source, corridors and the pitch points. By analyzing the resources input and the waste output, it indicates that the benefit is obvious if EIP is established in Wuhu mechanical industrial development zone, and EIP is an inevitable choice for fundamental change of the park in the mode of economic growth.After synthesizing the comprehensive study above, the last part gives the conclusions of the study and prospects.
