The numerical control technology is by the digital programming to control machinery or other equipment automatic operations. As a result of the modern industry unceasing development, the new materials unceasingly are introduced in the people daily production and the life, the original simple traditional machine-finishing industry already was unable to adapt the complicated shape and the high precision and the quick produce speed under request of the modernization production. Numerical control processing industry was more and more playing a vital role in modernized big production.This article take at present on international advanced "CAD/CAM/CAE" integration mechanical engineering service system - UG NX as a tool, has carried on the computer-aided design and the processing simulation. From the complicated free curved surface model to start, take the steam turbine impeller as a model, carries on the curved surface reconstruction to the space free surface modeling, using present more popular table curve to solves its fitting space equation. Will be allowed in the future parameter design process to carry on the optimization to the related free curved surface in mathematics, make its surface more smoothly, provide a good foundation for further quality improvement From the highly effective numerical control processing angle ,the article embarks on the space machining simulation to the steam turbine impeller blade's complex model. through watching whether the model simulation machining path is smooth, to optimize and adjust the machining method and means to the machining region, explores the highly effective numerical control complex curved surface processing ways and means. makes the optimized improvement according to the steam turbine impeller precision request to the impeller processing craft, determines the more superior processing ways and means. Meanwhile founds the virtual engine bed in UG to carry on virtual machining, able to truly reflect the question which can produce in the actual machining: for excess cut, the interference collision and so on carries on the reasonable effective optimization, avoids the nonessential loss in the actual production process as far as possible. Through the UG virtual processing simulation, to realize high efficiency production, enhances the production efficiency and the manufacture quality of the enterprise product. To promote modernized enterprise in the design, the manufacturing industry fast development, effectively enhances the enterprise in the market the competitive ability.
