With the development of the National 2025 Development Plan,the development of the manufacturing industry has attracted attention.Among them,the legal array of CNC machining technology directly affects the future and destiny of the manufacturing industry.In the automotive,marine,aircraft manufacturing,aerospace,mold manufacturing and other industries,parts are more and more complex,processing requirements are also higher and higher,which poses new challenges for CNC mechanic technology.As one of the key points of CNC machining technology,post-processing technology will directly affect the quality of part processing and processing efficiency.However,due to the difficulty in the development of the rear processor of the five-axis linkage machine tool,the utilization rate of many five-axis linkage CNC machine tools is low,which seriously affects the machining efficiency and processing quality of the parts.Based on the above reasons,this paper takes two five-axis CNC machine tools,DMU-70V and high-speed micro-machining center KERN as the research object,and studies the post-processing technology of five-axis linkage machine and a special post-processor for machine tools is developed based on Pro/E.Based on VERICUT software,a virtual machine is built for specific machine tools,which is used to verify the processing code and simulate the processing process.The feasibility of the post-processor and the virtual machine is verified by processing examples.The research content of this paper is as follows:(1)The similarities and differences of the codes of the three CNC systems are analyzed,the meanings of the motion codes and auxiliary codes of various CNC systems,and the programming code format of the CNC system are studied.(2)According to the structure type and movement characteristics of two five-axis CNC machine tools,the relationship between the processing kinematic chains is analyzed,the post-processing algorithm is studied,and the coordinate transformation of machine tools is solved,which lays a theoretical foundation for the development of post-processor.(3)Based on the NC-POST window of Pro/E software,according to the parameters of machine tool and CNC system and configuration options file,a special post-processor for five-axis linkage CNC machine tool is developed,and the developed post-processor is verified step by step from three to five axes..(4)Research on simulation processing technology based on VERICUT software,establish model and tool library of five-axis linkage CNC machine tool,carry out simulation processing experiment,which can verify whether the code program is correct or whether there is interference and collision in the process of processing,and also provide conditions for the establishment of intelligent laboratory.(5)Analyze the characteristics of the overall impeller machining,study the planning of the overall impeller machining process,generate the machining code through the post processor,and perform simulation processing analysis to verify the correctness of the post processor.
