Gudao Oilfield has extra moisture ratio production stream, it is more difficult to dehydrate from the crude oil and to treat sewage. Deemulsification present results to thicker interface layer and higher oil cut in sewage, and it is important to research new valid deemulsification. On the basis of polar, Gudao 5# crude oil was separated into four components(saturated, aromatic, resin, asphaltene) by means of fluid-soild adsorption chromatogram, then elementary composition, molecular weight, IR spectrum of crude oil and four components were investigated.Oil/water interfacial tension, surface pressure, conductivity of crude oil and four components were investigated for interfacial activity to study the effects of components on deemulsification. The results show: the stability of the emulsion decreases with the increase of temperature and the pH value of water phase ; the resin and asphaltene are main natural active material in crude oil, as their concentration grows it is harder to demulsify; the stability of the emulsion boosts with the increase of salinity and the concentration of HPAM.Three relative perfect demulsifiers named by 9901, F3111 and BS-71 were selected from 30 demulsifiers by bottle try test. Furthermore demulsifiers were combinated under different amounts of demulsifiers and temperatures, dehydration rate can reach to 87.2% with the combination of F3111 and BS-71 under 1:4 volume ratio.A simulated crude-oil made up by using kerosene and crude oil was used to analyse the effects of the 4 components on the emulsion stability. The results show that asphaltene is main active component which affects the emulsion stability , and that saturated branch, aroma branch, and resin affect more weakly. The effects of resin and asphaltene on the deemulsification of simulation crude oil was studied. The results show that at higher concentration of resin and asphaltene in the emulsion, the oil cut in sewage is decreased.
