Sand production is one of the most important problems encountered in the process of oil production, especially at the late stage of oil production, produced water increased, it becomes easier for formation fluids to carry sand into the wellbore, which aggravate the sanding degree. Sand production will not only lead to the abnormal development of oil and gas field, like recovery decreases, but also lead to severe erosion of underground and ground equipment,which will cause serious damage to the casing, well scrap.,which focused domestic and foreign technology workers attention on this, and they spend a lot of manpower and resources for research and treatment.This paper summarized the research method of sand control in oil and gas field home and abroad, and analyzed the mechanical sand control method, chemical sand control methods, and the compound sand control method. In the micro mechanism of sand control characteristics and the fundamental influence factor of sand production, the paper analysed and illustrated various sand control methods; and the specific features and scope of application. Considering the actual situation of Gudao oilfield and the results of laboratory experiments simulated to determine the Gudao Oilfield Bo76, sand control was the most effective method.Bo-76sand groups in Gudao oilfield belongs to fluvial positive rhythmic deposition, High porosity, good permeability, loose cementation, strong reservoir heterogeneity, Internal intercalation development, mainly fine sandstone, Cementation types of pore contact. The main layer series of development is Ng1+2-4sand group, and the average porosity is34.7%, the original oil saturation is58.9%, the original reservoir temperature is70℃, the average air permeability is1674×10-3um2,density of ground crude oil is0.970~0.990g/cm3, the average density is0.984g/cm3, surface viscosity of crude oil varies from3950to7648mPa·s, the viscosity of Ng1+2layer is4150mPa·s on average, and5100mPa·s for Ng4,the producing layer depth is approximately1160-1300m, oil-water interface is1290m (to heart),it is a heavy oil reservoirs with edge bottom water.Considering the actual situation of Gudao Oilfield in Bo-76sand group, in order to improve the development effect, we chose the suitable sand control method,and the suitable size of gravel of indoor simulation experiment. So the classification filling experiment, pre filling double wrapped sand filtering experiment, clay and gravel mixed experiment, clay for the experimental study of the effect of filling layer, sand filling experiment. the classification of filling experiment indicated that at the same displacement speed, gravel layer permeability increased with gravel size, meaning that the large grain size gravel have the good flow ability; through the pre-filling double wrapped sand filtering experiment,we know that the same diameterceramsite prefilling layer,the bigerwire parameters,the smaller gravel layer permeability retention rate; it denoted that gravel sand retaining capacity decreased with the increase of wire parameters; Through the clay and gravel mixed experiment and clay effect on filling layer experiment study, we all know that, With the increase of clay minerals, the gravel layer permeability decreases sharply, When the clay mineral content is up to20%, A few thousandths of gravel permeability clay only when no penetration. through formation sand filling experiments, we also know that, at the same injection rate, formation sand transport on the extent of damage gravel sand and gravel layers near the kind of injection increases with the increase of time. Integrated the actual situation of bo-76sand of Gudao oilfield, choosing the pre-filled ceramic layers of around0.2mm parameters wire and0.4-0.8mm particle size has the last of the sand control effect.
