The Study Of Fault Diagnoses Expert System Of Thermal Recovery Boiler Base On CLIPS

Thermal recovery boiler is important equipment for thermal recovery of heavy crude. Now the thermal recovery boiler is being used very common, along with the technique of thermal recovery of heavy crude using in exploitation heavy crude. So, it is very important for the thermal recovery boiler's safe and efficiency working. Nowadays, there have not expert system for thermal recovery boiler's fault. This paper is aim for diagnoses the failure of the thermal recovery boiler, use the expert system tool CLIPS construct an expert system for fault diagnoses.Firstly, simply introduce the basic knowledge of expert system, obtain cognition for expert system and explore the construct expert system ways. Study the expert system tool CLIPS, mainly on it's constitution, working mechanism and the knowledge expressing way. Study the basic knowledge of thermal recovery boiler. Here only study the common structure, because there too many type of it.Secondly, there are how to construct the expert system. The system shell is constructed by use dynamic link library method embedded the expert system tool CLIPS into Visual C++. Encode the knowledge for knowledge base. Last, there are advantages and disadvantages of the system, and some advices for the advance in the future.
