The mine hoist equipment is one of the main mine pit production equipment. It is a set of complex mechanical electrical units and the main tool of coal production and transportation. It links up the mine shaft production and the surface production in the transportation. Therefore, the mine hoist equipment is the large-scale equipment which plays a role in the mine production, and its performance characteristic and the promotion ability, that holds the important status in the mine pit production, decides the mine pit productivity.But at present, for the mine hoist the exchange actuation velocity modulation method , which is applied to these situation, such as the high efficiency, the torque load and the larger velocity modulation scope , pays attention on the (Metal or liquid resistance) velocity modulation by the circle and asynchronous motor rotor string resistance. Using the controller or the magnetic force, this string resistance velocity modulation way goes on by combining various different resistance in the same rotor way. But it is obvious that its efficiency is extremely low, which results from increasing the power consumption. The slower rotational speed, the lower efficiency. The majority of powers are transformed the heat energy to consume.At present the fuzzy control technology has been stable. It has precise mathematical model, which is independent on the controlled object. And it can overcome the influence of the non-linear factor and has stronger robustness for the parameter change from the controlled object. The fuzzy control already has obtained the satisfactory effect in the alternating and direct velocity modulation system and the servo system.Compares with the traditional control theory, the fuzzy control has two big incomparable merits: First, the fuzzy control may realize the control strategy and the experience of people effectively and conveniently in many fields. This merit has been born since the fuzzy control receives the close attention continuously; Second, the fuzzy control can get a better control without the mathematical model of the controlled object, because that the dynamic characteristic of the controlled object has been included in fuzzy controller input, output fuzzy collection and the fuzzy rule.The research is based on the structure and principle analysis of digital direct current velocity modulation system of the mine hoister. Through the applied research of the fuzzy control technology in the mine pit elevator, we mainly explain the design and the application of the mine hoister fuzzy control system.
