This paper synthesizes the research current situation of the drive-by-wire system of shaft hoist at homeland and abroad, and realizes the network of the entire electrical control system, which is the rock-bottom of the mining industry intranet.Firstly, this paper analyzes the property of PROFIBUS and designs the network configuration of the entire electrical control system, then designs every subsystem (PROFIBUS site). It lays heavy stress on the intelligent frequency control system, using fuzzy control theory to trail the speed curve of hoist, and propose the assumption of combination of field-bus and fuzzy technology.Then the paper designs the interface circuit which site has no PROFIBUS-DP port, so they can communicate with each other through the field-bus.Finally, the author makes communication test of the intelligent site, and the result indicates that this system has communication ability. We can conclude the design proposal is practical and feasible.
