In this paper, distillation extraction and supercritical CO2 extraction wereapplied to extract the L. haplophylloides Hand-Mazz Volatile oil. The variousprocedure effects on the extraction and the composition were studied, and theoptimal parameters were acquired. The compounds gained by supercritical CO2extraction were analyzed by GC/MS and tested the bioactivity against pathogens. The result is described as follows:1. According to orthogonal experiment, the optimistic parameter ofextraction rate for distillation extraction is: distillation time 2h, material to waterratio 1:8, flow time is 20 minutes, volume of the material is 20m. The mainfactors acted on the extraction rate is volume of the material.2. According tO orthogonal experiment, the optimistic combination ofextraction rate for SFE technology was: extraction pressure 18MPa, extractiontime 2.5h, extraction temperature 450C, flow of CO2 is 25 kg/h. The main factorsacted on the extraction rate is pressure. 3. GC-MS was used to analyze the volatile compounds of L.haplophylloidesHand-Mazz and identified 15 components, and alpha.-Bisabolol,Diisooctylpathalate,Galangin flavanone,Palmitic acid,Carotol, Nerolidol are maincomponents.4. The further study on the compounds gained by supercritical CO2extraction, the bioactivity was tested by growth method and antibiotic circle forpathogens which included two fungi and bacteria. The results indicated that thevolatile oil showed the apparent effect on the fungi and had no obvious effect onbacteria. The EC50 to the fungi were 0.209 mg/ml and 0.386mg/ml.This work provided proof for the extraction of L.haplophylloidesHand-Mazz volatile oil and laid a foundation for producing new non-poisonedpesticide.
