Tetra Pak aseptic packaging is a high-tech method of food preservation, method of which is that liquid food is filled in packages and airproofed under aseptic condition after instant sterilization. It has the advantages of retaining the food's original flavor and diverse nutrients. Currently, many consumers discard the packaging without any disposal because of some constraints in technology, which is leading to a serious waste of resources and environmental pollution. In recent years, with increased purchasing power of people, the sale amount of TetraPak aseptic packaging products is growing rapidly, and the ecology and environment problems which it is responsible for are attracting more and more attention from public. Therefore, it is urgent to establish the project of recycling TetraPak packaging waste.This paper focus on an in-depth study involved in the development and recycling of TetraPak aseptic packaging in China. We found that there is no relatively mature system of reusing TetraPak packaging waste in domestic, and this has resulted in enterprises'ineffective performance, enterprises which maintain well-established recycling technology, and so impedes the operation of recycling systems. According to China's national conditions and the imbalance of economic development, this paper designed four recycling modes based on the specialty of various regions and different economic conditions, and analyzed its feasibility. After comparing four TetraPak recovery system modes through repeated screening and improving, we schemed out a system to recycle TetraPak packaging waste, a system which is not only efficient, practical, environmentally friendly but also accepted by the markets. This kind of recycling model system centers for recycling companies. From an economics point of view, we expounded the mutual economic relationships among practitioners in various sectors, so as to set foundation for the implementation of the recycling systems.The tests show that this kind of TetraPak recycling system could function well within certain regional market and effectively balance the interests of all parts, and is expected to become the central link of new packaging recycling system.
