Research On The Theories Of The Training System Of Safety Production And Its Operation And Improvement

The safety in production ensures the safety of the masses' lives and property, and it provides an important guarantee to the implementing of the scientific concept of development and the construction of a socialist harmonious society. Severe as it is, recent years witness a gradual improvement in the safety production. Personal reasons are the main cause among all those various causes, so it is really important to improve staff members' quality through training of safety production.In China, firstly originated in this century, the training system of safety production is the main form of carrying on the vocational safety education, and in fact, its origination is based on the strengthening of the national supervising and managing function of the safety production administration. And thus, there are more compulsory administrative management than theories and teaching methods in the current system. This dissertation outlines the development of the training system of safety production in recent China, its basic framework as well as its main contents, points out the existing problems, makes a comparison of the advanced experiences in the developed countries and regions, and from the perspective of vocational and technical education analyzes principles, methods, the orientation and modes of education of safety training, as well as the improvement strategy to the existing problems.This dissertation puts forward creatively that vocational and technical education should cover the safety education, and provide theories to the development and improvement of the training system of safety production, and meanwhile, by using the foreign experience for reference, further promote its development.
