In the Daqing oilfield sustained stable production for 40 million tons of good situation,more and more oilfield enterprises have begun to pay attention to the improvement of employees' professional skills,management ability,technical ability,safe operation and staff quality.Letting employees participate in training is an important way to retain talents and select talents.Therefore,the internal training institutions of oilfield enterprises emerged at this moment.The H training center of Daqing oilfield undertakes the task of providing training services for oilfield workers.The training business contents and the internal and external environment of the training market are constantly updated and changed.Each update and change means the dynamic adaptation of oilfield training business needs and training management business of the training center.In recent years,with oil price falling,the internal training needs of oil enterprises continue to decrease,the company's internal training market continues to shrink.H training center urgently needs to expand the social market.In order to build H training center's training business into a brand training institution and enhance the added value of training services,H training center intends to make great efforts in the quality of quality of training management.Through the establishment of a scientific and effective training management system,it is helpful to improve the training institution,to establish the training brand of H training center,to enhance the training service and competitiveness of H training center and to improve the quality of training management of enterprise training institutions has twice the result with half the effort.This subject combined with the actual training management of H training center,through the analysis of the status of the training management of the training center,and analyzed the deficiencies of the training management of the training center.After combing modern theories and applications of training management,this paper studies how to apply the principle of training management in H training center.Based on the four aspects of training management,namely training demand survey,training plan formulation,training process implementation and training effect evaluation,this paper studies the working practice of training management in H training center.The status of training management in H training center and the causes of the problems are analyzed.The improvement strategy of training management of H training center is given,the guarantee measures for implementing the improvement strategy are given,and how to implement the measures and methods and steps are proposed.The purpose is to quickly explore a set of training management methods and ideas in line with H training center,which provides an important basis for the training center to improve the management status of the training center,and pave the way for further enhancing the training quality.
