Human unsafe behavior is the main cause of accidents.Effective safety training can improve the safety of staff and enhance safety awareness,thus fundamentally preventing accidents.This paper aims to establish safety training effect model on the premise of fully understanding and understanding the training content and training form for aerospace enterprises to use VR technology and traditional methods to train safety training for lifting workers and van elevator experience personnel.The index system uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each indicator,and application of extension goodness evaluation model to evaluate the effectiveness of VR technology hoisting safety training and van elevator safety training and traditional hoisting safety training and traditional van elevator personnel safety training.Then,SPSS software was used to analyze the correlation between the age,title,length of service and safety training of VR technology and the effect of traditional safety training.The results show that traditional safety training is more suitable for some theoretical training content such as van elevators.VR technical safety training is not much different from the training effect of hoisting operations or van elevators,however,compared with traditional training methods,VR technical safety training is better than traditional safety training;the SPSS software analysis shows that the age,professional title and length of service of the employees have no effect on the safety training,but the greater length of service and professional titles of employees in traditional safety training,the smaller the parameter value of the first-level indicators for safety training effectiveness evaluation.Therefore,when safety production training for our employees is conducted,VR technology should be used as much as possible to carry out safety training.In a case of limited conditions,the training content with strong practicality such as lifting operation should be trained as much as possible with on-site simulation exercises when the traditional safety training methods should be adopted more for training content which is strong theoretical like van elevators.For employees' titles,employees with older working age should adopt more VR technical safety training.This can stimulate the interest of employees to learn and deepen the understanding and perception of the training content,so as to improve the parameter value of the first-level indicators for the evaluation of safety training effects.At the same time,it is necessary to continuously adjust the training methods and methods according to the feedback of employee training effects,so that the training capital invested by enterprises can get the maximum benefit.This study provides effective guidance and theoretical support for the innovation of enterprise safety training mode and training mechanism,and also provides evaluation basis and standard for enterprises to better evaluate the safety production training effect.
