Production safety accidents frequently occur with the rapid development of economic society.Safety training education is more and more important than ever under the vigorously publicity of government,the import of safety concept in developed countries and transits of human thoughts,etc.Due to the problems of safety training,including lack of training balance,repetition of content,lack of scientific analysis of needs,simple evaluation standard.All these problems make safety education less functional as it supposes to be.As a result,the construction and optimization of safety training system has marvelously actual effects to promote our education level of safety training.For this reason,this article does the research basing on aspects as follows:(1)Construction status research of safety training education system.Reviewing the development of safety training education development.It demonstrates the bodies,objects and content of our safety training education.Getting aware of the status of safety training education in developed countries and learn from all the good aspects,basing on the research of institute security,duties and content basing on developed countries including German,United States and Japan,having a more complete safety training education system.(2)Selecting Guangdong safety training education system as object to research.Investigating safety sense and safety attitude of higher position manager in Guangdong province,as well as the status of safety training education in Guangdong.To analyze the training data from 2012 to 2014 from Guangdong safety production publicity center,as well as the process of training.Regarding trained students,training institute and training classes as the basis of data collecting and analysis to analyze the current problems of safety training education in Guangdong.Suggestions on safety training education system.(3)Construction and optimization research of safety training education system.Basing on complete analysis of current safety training education in Guangdong,to give a new suggest to system construction.In addition,it gives detailed plan of construction and optimization combining with actual works,which is mainly consist of external security institute and internal operation institute.(4)Empirical analysis and results.The internal operation institute,of safety training education system,was applied to carry out the implementation of the training process of Guangdong safety production publicity center.The training classes were monitored by training demand analysis,training plan analysis,training implementation and effect evaluation,etc.,embodied the author to construct safety training education system and optimization idea of practicality.In the end of this article,the author also demonstrates conclusion and prospect of construction and optimization of safety training education system.
