Study On Normalizing Process Of EH36 Ship Plate

From the two point of the civil and military, ship craft industry will experience powerful development. This passage combines with the fact of An-steel production, analyzes ,static and investigates the art of EH36 grade steel assess the reign the nature ship and structure .It assess them through the different craft's trial . Then make out the influence of normalization to the EH36 grade steel. The main results are as follows:(1) Because the mount of exceed mechanical behavior is very great in mechanics, it can get the nature in the reign control rolling normalization. Although it may higher and lower at the different time and temperature in the acceptance area, the best process powerful index number is: 900-920℃normalization.(2) When the rolling plate is very thin, if it still can get the better attack tenacity in the reign controlling rolling normalization. Through different normalization temperature and time, it still has better low temperature tenacity.(3) When the rolling plate is thick, there is a serious alienation plate and it is pearlitic texture, featheriness or acicular, that is bad for its tenacity. But it may change the featheriness through the normalization, and reduce the number of featheriness and acicular as well as them make the tenacity better.(4) Form the series of normalization trial, the best art of normalization is 900-920℃normalization the time of normalization is 1.5-2 hours.
