In the hot strip production process, Laminar cooling process is a complex industrial processes where a series of changes have taken place. Laminar cooling is one part of the technique for the control of rolling and cooling, It effects the tissue and properties of strip directly. So laminar cooling process plays an important role in hot strip production.In this paper, To a domestic hot-rolled plant After transformation, the strip of the laminar flow cooling system as the background, using system engineering ideas, beginning with the result of Laminar cooling system and Water cooling system, in order to improve the accuracy of cooling control, and energy conservation, this paper has proposed the finishing temperature forecast and coiling temperature forecast optimization strategies to eliminate uncertainty of experience models, to improve control accuracy and to ensure product quality. Laminar cooling system of circulating the water treatment and analysises of water-saving ways and optimizes the minimum objective of the quantity of fresh water to supplement.In this paper, the first to use Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System on the finishing temperature was forecasted, the establishment of the coiling temperature model predictive control.In addition, according to the necessity of dealing with the cooling water circulation and recycling of water-saving benefits, applying water stability technology, not only saves water, but also improves the effect of heat transfer, at the same time increases the useful life of equipment and production strength. This paper discusses the ways of water conservation, such as the establishing of scientific and perfect water supply system, carrying out rainwater harvesting project and so on; at last this paper studies optimization objective to minimize of the quantity of fresh water to supplement right laminar flow cooling system.
