Laminar strip cooling system is widely used in the production process one of coolingcontrol.In the cooling process coiling temperature control accuracy depends on thecontrol model.Therefore the establishment of and improvement of appropriatemathematical models for cooling hot rolled strip product quality control has importantsignificance.This paper has XINGANG1580hot strip rolling steel laminar cooling system as theresearch background,Illustrates the laminar cooling system model and method forestablishing the classification,Analysis of XINGANG1580steel laminar coolingsystem the characteristics of pre-set model, feedback model, self-learning model.On thisbasis,Using the method of combing BP Neutral network of the mathematicalmodel,Established the corresponding the control of mathematical model.And usingadditional momentum and adaptive learning rate of the traditional BP neural networkwas optimized,Reducing the BP network the computation time, improve the calculationaccuracy of the model.That the control system in XINGANG1580steel strip production line operationresults show,When the production of different kinds of steel,Coiling target temperaturesand the measured temperature difference between±5℃accounted for80.5%oftotallength of the strip, a difference of±10℃or less accounted for94.4%of total length ofthe strip, a difference of less than±15℃strip length accounted for100%. Improved laminar cooling system temperature control accuracy, meet requirements of the scene.
