At present,there are some problems such as difficulty in disposing and low utilization rate of the solid carbonaceous blue coke powder produced during the coal chemical industry production,In view of the poor slurry stability and poor combustion performance in the slurrying process of coal and blue coke powder,this paper proposes an improvement and optimization method for the performance of coal water slurry in binary coarse dispersed systems of coal and blue coke powder.Coal water slurry was prepared by continuous type and intermittent type of grain size distribution to explore the influence of different grade plans on YR coal blending with blue coke powder on slurrying.Tar waster,Span80 and heavy sewage oil were used as modifiers to modify blue coke powder,to explore the influence of modifier on the slurrying performance of blue coke powder,and to analyze its action mechanism.At the same time,we investigated the effects of grain size distribution and modifier modification on the combustion performance of the slurrying with the blended of blue coke powder.The influence of continuous and intermittent of grain size distribution to slurrying was studied by using CWS viscosity meter,other CWS performance testing instruments,power-law model and other calculation methods.The concentration of CWS was increased by about 4%,and when the peak separation was less than 247 ?m,the greater peak separation and the greater area ratio of biomoal peaks,the better the performance of the slurry was.Through Pearson correlation analysis,it was found that the factors influencing the concentration of grain size distribution slurrying were as follows:the mass ratio of coarse and fine particles,the peak separation,the area ratio of biomoal peaks,the median diameter d of fine particles and the median diameter D of coarse particles.The influence of different modifiers on the slurry properties was studied by power-law model and thixotropic ring area.When the modifier of organic tar waster was added to 2%,the amount of Span 80 was added to 0.2%,and the amount of heavy oil was added to 0.2%,the slurry performance was optimal.All of the three modifiers can enhance the stability of the slurry.The influence of the modifier on the adsorptive property,water repellency,apparent morphology,chemical composition,electronegati-vity and surface porosity of the dispersant was studied.Because of the surface pore structure of the blue coke powder was filled with modifier,modifier played the role of hole sealing,the slurry performance was obviously improved,and the tar waster had the best effect,at the same time,the amount of the Span 80 and heavy oil should not be too large.TG and other instruments were used to study the influence of grain size distribution and modifier modification on the combustion performance of the slurry,and it was found that the effect of grain size distribution in improving the combustion performance of the slurry preparation through blending of blue coke powder was better than that of the modifier.It shows that the combustion performance of the slurry can be improved by changing the ratio of coarse particles of YR coal and fine particles of blue coke powder.The three modifiers,namely organic tar waster,Span 80 and heavy sewage oil,could improve the combustion performance of blue coke powder,among which the organic tar waster had the best effect,and modified blue coke powder on slurrying can treat the waste better.Figure [41] Table [26] References [80]...
