H-beam steel is tall in intensity, the structure conducts oneself with dignity lightly and the design flexibly, widely used, have driven the development of hundreds of new industry. The H-beam steel controlled cooling of the developing improving its intensity of cooling technology, has saved resources, having saved the production cost, has raised comprehensive performance, So H-beam steel of controlled cooling technology have important meaning studied.This subject regards type as H200X100, material as the research object as hot-rolled H section steel of Q235. Choice Reasonable of the boundary conditions, The establishment of the H-beam stell 2D and 3D finite element model, using ANSYS software on the two-dimensional model of the three programmes and the results of analysis ,at the sametime finite element analysis software with a three-dimensional model of temperature and stress-strain field in the analysis, through a great deal of analysis in different parts of the H-beam stell of the use of different density flow and find a better controlled cooling effect of the process. Comparative study through pilot error is the greatest stress 5.9 percent, the largest contingency of error of 7.5%, that the theoretical analysis and experimental results are consistent. By analyzing and testing proven that with the increase of water density, temperature decreased gradually, the stress is gradually increasing, the contingency gradually decreasing trend.Have analyzed field and mechanics performance of organization that H-beam steel controlled cooling in the course through testing, find the chemical compositions of adjusting steel products material of good Model Q235H-beam stell percentage and accuse of cold craft parameter (turn on cold temperature, cool time, rivers density, a pace of roller, cold temperature of end) can improve the field and mechanics performance of organization of H-beam steel obviously (surrender intensityσ_s, tensile strengthσ_b, coefficient of elongationδ_s).σ_s andσ_b has been notably enhanced.The research projects in the H-beam can be controlled cooling after rolling devices provide an important design parameter for the H-beam controlled cooling after rolling the application of the law to provide scientific and theoretical reference.
