The controlled cooling technology aims to make steel organization better andimprove the steel properties.The hot rolled channel steel after controlled cooling make efforts to increase thecompetitiveness of products, their cross-section and capacities will be improved significantly. The channel steel controlled cooling treatment is an on-line heat treatment which utilizes the rolling heat for quenching and self-tempering.This treatment will significantly be expanded in the future because of its cost saving and its purpose of reducing consumption of the natural resources.Therefore the controlled cooling has great practicality significance.My topics target the Q235 channel steel for study, studies the convective heat transfer boundary conditions of channel steel based on the heat transfer mechanism . . Controlled cooling of the channel steel was analyzed with finite element method. The selection of material models, the determination of element types and the meshing in this simulation were introduced in details so as to realize the producing process. As to reduce the difference between the abstract model and the actual situation,I used the precise model in the article.Transient temperature field, stress field of Q235 channel steel was simulated with direct coupling treatment.The channel steel model's temperature is between 647.95~674.77℃,the u-sum and s-eqv in 3D model is 2.619mm and 38.3Mpa.Based on the computer simulation, the auther Continues to carry on the massive Experiment in the laboratory. Compared between experimental determination and simulative model, the error of simulation result is small.Then made the further experiment analysis of the organization field and the mechanical properties change situation of hot rolling channel steel after controlled cooling. Gathering different technological parameter Q235 channel steel test specimen, observation the room temperature phase-transformation field under different technology parameters in the scan electricity lens. Simultaneously, carries on the mechanical properties the examination, thus obtains the organization field distribution and the mechanical properties condition.under the different technological parameter. Summarizes the best cooling plan through analysis reasonable controls the cold craft.This article have certain reference value to enhances the mechanical properties of rolled channel steel. To grasps cooling rule of the channel steel and reduce the residual stress, as well as the development controlled cooling new technology , it also has guiding sense in actual production.
