In this paper, using the magnetron sputtering method of the rigid Al2O3 films, and characterized by a series of studied by means of rigid Al2O3 films thermal stability and hardness. Preparation of the magnetron sputtering method in the process of Al2O3 films, different preparation conditions would make membrane properties of the microstructure of a difference. In this paper are: magnetron sputtering method of Al2O3 films, select certain vacuum, temperature, evaporation of voltage, current, as well as oxygen and argon gas, the ratio of the microscopic structure can be prepared by a relatively good performance hard Al2O3 Films.Studies and analyses indicate that: Al2O3 films in the calcination temperature is less than 1000℃, phase composition is the same, respectivelyβ- AlOOH (400℃),γ- Al2O3 (400 1000℃), when the calcination temperature reaches 1150℃, Al2O3 films are composed of theα-phase Al2O3. 500℃and 1000℃no apparent between the thermal changes in the 1150℃above, pure Al2O3 films in the phase transition (γ- Al2O3 to the change ofα-Al2O3). Al2O3 films by the Al-O network posed. Al2O3 films in high temperature resulting in the microscopic structure of a good performance.α- Al2O3with high hardness. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to study in the common rail fuel supply pump system monomer on the surface ofα- Al2O3 rigid film.
