In the process of resource utilization of coal gangue ,calcining process is always used to improve the activity of component such as Si and Al.Fly ash is a kind of cinerous solid hangover,which can be formed coal in the process of burning in the boiler.and its chemical component,mineral compose and physical chemistry correlate with thermal thermal phase variation of clay mineral kaolin contained in run coal.Thefore,in the process of study and utilization of coal gangue and fly ash,study of thermal thermal phase variation of kaolin will make sense.In this paper about comprehensive utilization of kaolin from coal measures, reasonable and effective approach of resource utilization will be explored. By using some testing means such as XRD,SEM,laser hondrometer and silicate analyzer, character of fly ash which contained component,structure and properties have been studied.It is concluded that fly ash is rich in SiO2 and AlO3 possessing high activity.In addition,the material has a high ignition loss.Seemly technics has been designed ,for this character.That is aluminium element is distilled from fly ash though acid dissolving and made into PCA flocculating agent,while hangover is utilized to preparing white carbon. The whole experiment was divided four parts:calcining,acid dissolving, polymerizing and preparation.The rate of aluminium dissolved out which is a important index for acid dissolving will finally effect the productive rate. Influence factor was discussed such as the rate of acid and ash, reaction temperature,reaction time, granularity and so on. The rate of aluminium dissolved out was 43.3% at optimized condition. Afterwards, kaolin from coal measures was calcined for two hours at 200℃,450℃,500℃,550℃,600℃,650℃,700℃,750℃,800℃,850℃,900℃,950℃,1000℃,1100℃,1200℃respectively.Testing of the rate of aluminium dissolved out was used for kaolin from coal measures at different temperature condition. The result displayed that the rate of aluminium dissolved out droped sharply,when calcining temperature excess 850℃. XRD and IR analyse of kaolin from coal measures at different temperature condition showed porzite phase appeared and the intensity of Al-O bond and Al-O-Si bond abated.Therefore,it is concluded that kaolin from coal measures possessed a high activity at the calcining temperature of 950℃. Polymerization experiment studied the impact of condition of preparation on the main norm of polymeric aluminum chloride,the content and basicity of Al2O3.The result showed that the content of Al2O3 of prepared polymeric aluminum reached the proportion 7.6%~11.7%and the basicity reached the proportion of 44.0%~68.5%.That have reached the national standard (GB/T15892-2003).Purifying water experiment using prepared polymeric aluminum was performed and the result showed that the effect of purifying water using prepared polymeric aluminum was better than that of sold polymeric aluminum and the lowest value of yuzhuo appeared at the added content of 30mg/L.The stability was also discussed. White carbon was prepared though the method of alkali solution precipitating from hangover of acid solution. The sample was tested by XRD and the result displayed that the sample possessed the structure of amorphous state. Specific surface,which is a main index of white carbon,reflected the grain diameter and the structure of the surface of particle.. Oil factor, which reflects the close-grained degree of structure and uniformity is another impotant index for classification. At the suitable condition,the rate of dissolving could reach 50%. As stated above,this article had analysed the character of kaolin from coal measures and put forward a technics of preparing the aluminum chloride reagent of purifhying water from prepared Al though acid solution.The technics condition and product properties were studied and discussed.It was a important channel for utilization of kaolin from coal measures...
