CAD/CAE (Computer Acided Design/Engineering) has the important status and the function in the modernized industry technological transformations and the high-tech development, the finite element analysis, the optimized design method and the importance of software in CAD technology is not allowed to neglect. The application of Computer Aided Engineering technique to the sheet metal forming process, by the quantitative numerical simulation, we can optimize the die structure and the design of die surface, shorten the try-out time cycle, reduces the cost of the automotive and increases the market competence of the produce before manufacture the die.This research's main goal is to develop more stable, more intellectualized, easier to operate, more efficient plate ramming forming analyzes CAE software - KMAS, through developing successfully through new edition KMAS, improved the software project stability in use and the computed result stability; It has accelerated the software computation speed and the user ease of operation, enormously enhanced the code resources reuse based on the technical development of COM(Component Object Model) component.COM is a communication standard designed by Microsoft corp to solve the reusability in different programs, and the component object can achieve the communications with each other in binary structure.COM component likes a kind of"toy bricks"which can achieve some functions, by the communication between the interface and client software, the development based on COM component is to build the customer required software by some components, it is a fast and optional development method. The first chapter introduced the importance of studying Stamping Simulation Analysis CAE Software , discussed the products of some foreign software and introduced with emphasis the domestically produced commercialization ramming formed CAE software KMAS (King-mesh Analysis System). Post-processing took the analog computation the analysis result, is the important constituent of the pressing forming software.The second chapter in detail introduced the foundation of new edition KMAS pre-processes and post-processing development - COMX platform. COMX has extracted the cross platform module model which the COM most core part established. Because of the concerned basic type and the structure code'restructure, eliminated dependence of COMX to the WINDOWS platform dependence, causing it only depending to the standard C++ platform, so COMX is transplanted. COMX is irrelevant to language (can be mixed used between the C++ various editions). As a new development pattern, the COMX module development pattern has its unique advantage, various module's independence causing development software more convenient, the members may independently carry on the development and then reorganize the software various modules.The third chapter in detail introduced the function of post-processing and the method how to create the section. In the old edition KMAS system, to solve the point of intersection of line and elements make use of the equation of line and plane , which is fussy and not easy to be carried out in programming. The author gave a method with the parameters, which can quickly solve the point of intersection and increase the efficiency of arithmetic. Aim at the continuum display about the springback value, the author introduced a more efficient method that make sure the dividing nodes of the physics values to get the grade of the gridding nodes. And then get the color corresponding to the grade , then it carried out by the auto color smooth transition of OpenGL polygon fill plot function, the display effect is excellent, up to the level of KMAS required. This chapter also described a idea how to get the springback value after adding three contrainnodes whose springback values are zero. The display effect is very good.The forth chapter discussed the universal formability technology , indicated the shortages of the traditional FLD and the excellency of fracturability analysis base on the universal formability technology, got some difference between the two types of safety factors.The universal formability use RCMD as a formability index, and then get the formability status by comparing withΔRCMD:if the former is bigger than the latter, the fracturability do not happen, or else adjust the influxing quantity of material and the stamping variable to chang the values of RCMD andΔRCMD. The author gave the analysis process and compiled programme to realize in KMAS. The result is good.
