1.IntroductionIn order to adapt to rapidly changing market demands and enhance our competitiveness,modernization enterprises must solve TQCSE problems,that is,listing the fastest speed (T,Time to Market),the best quality (Q,Quality),the lowest cost (C,Cost),the best services (S,Service) and a clean environment (E,Environment) , to meet different customer's needs.In this context,virtual manufacturing system has attracted widespread attention and becomes a hotspot.As an important material basis of virtual manufacturing system,manufacturing resource model play a very important role.Manufacturing Resource Model is an important information resource for virtual manufacturing enterprises,to establish the scientific and practical evaluation system in the virtual manufacturing model,we must establish a corresponding scientific and practical manufacturing resource management system,because of the manufacturability evaluation from manufacturing resources is meaningless.Based on the study of virtual manufacturing system,the role and status of manufacturability evaluation system and virtual manufacturing model in the VM,we make sure of manufacturing resource information needs and functional requirements.In the premise of the demand,we define the manufacturing resource model and the process ability model of manufacturing resource,which has effectively supported the manufacturability evaluation system.2.Manufacturing Resource Requirements AnalysisVirtual manufacturing system not only requires of data sharing,it also stressed that the timely transmission of information and feedback,as well as synergies of knowledge,so it is a higher degree of integration.In the all areas of application system,manufacturing resources is a certain information demand,but these different aspects of product design,process design,production planning and product manufacturing have different needs of the manufacturing resource.All these information will be summarized by the manufacturing category,and each category of manufacturing resource functions,process characteristics and the states can abstract description of the two major manufacturing resource attributes:static properties (including equipment management features,processing capacity characteristics,structure characteristics,features and auxiliary control characteristics) and dynamic properties (including equipment features and the status of real-time status).Based on the study of manufacturability evaluation,we kown that manufacturability evaluation not only requires basic information of manufacturing resource and processing capacity information,but also need the process capability information of the manufacturing resource portfolio.3.Manufacturing Resource modeling methodObject-oriented is a cognitive methodology,which provides a general interpretation of the special measures (such as inheritance),and to provide a special general from the summary forms (such as classes).The basic tenets of Object-oriented methodology is natural segmentation of the problem areas,according to human understanding of the objective world to identify and Recognition the information entities in the objective world.With the object-oriented technology used to study the structure of manufacturing resources and their mutual relations,establishing of manufacturing resource characteristics of the object model,can give the technical support for the development of a high common degree and reconfigurable manufacturing resource database,and the process knowledge database.STEP standard is the international standard of products data exchange and the expression throughout their whole life cycle the aim is to provide a neutral mechanism not dependent on any specific system,which can describe the product data of the entire life cycle while maintaining data consistency and integrity.STEP standard not only provides a powerful modeling tools and neutral mechanism for the establishment of product model,but also provides a new approach for the reunification of the establishment of manufacturing resource model.4.Modeling of Manufacturing ResourceBased on the analysis of manufacturing resource requirements and study of modeling method,we analyze and summarize the manufacturing resources,using the EXPRESS language of STEP standard,modeling the manufacturing resource model.Since this paper is for the spindle box parts production,the modeling only focus on the spindle box parts production-related manufacturing resources.In this paper,manufacturing resource model overall idea is that the first to abstract the public attributes of manufacturing resources,then classify and descript these attributes.Then,classify the resources,abstract the unique attributes from each type of manufacturing resources,and define its unique methods of operation, package together all these attributes,methods and that inherited from the manufacturing category to form various types of manufacturing resource category.5.Evaluation of Manufacturing Resource Process CapabilityThis paper studies on the modeling of manufacturing resources,mainly to consider the resources effects to quality of processing without taking into account factors such as processing parameters.Therefore,the paper will give the evaluatethe results of resource process capability as processing quality indicators.This paper analyzes the impact of quality indicators,then using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to structure the variety of indicators hierarchical tree,and based on experience and expert advice determine the weights of various indicators.linguistic variables evaluation to The qualitative indicators,and non-dimensional treatment of the quantitative indicators,by assemblying to determine the fuzzy evaluation results of the process capability index.6.Conclusion In this paper,using object-oriented technology,the manufacturing resource classification,hierarchical organization and management,make manufacturing resource model such a complex information structure simple and clear and improve the efficiency of the organization of information.Using neutral language EXPRESS modeling to facilitate system integration.We give the definition of manufacturing resources Process Capability model,using fuzzy math,we can provide the reliable assessment of values of the capabilities,and give the effective support to manufacturability evaluation as well as the process programme multi-objective optimization.
