Research On Security System Of Work Safety For New Countryside

In recent years, although the condition of work safety maintained stable, the total quantity of production accident and the casualty assumed declining trend, the situation of the work safety is still stern. We should notice that about more than 80% of the death population in the accident is peasant laborer. In addition, a large number of peasant laborers have contacted serious occupational diseases in long-term mining and construction work. Most of them had gone home with their disabled body.Simultaneously, along with the enhancement of the mechanization of the agriculture, another prominent phenomenon is that the accident which initiates by the agricultural machines and tools and the agricultural transport also increases day by day.The work safety of the countryside has become a day by day stern question of the society. The agriculture, the countryside and the farmer are the major issues which reflect our country economy and the social development. The key strategy which china will develop in the future is to construct the new countryside and to train the new farmer. The Central Party Committee has adopted a few methods to build the socialism new countryside. The main policy is"the industry return to nurture the agriculture, the city support the countryside". To improve the living condition of the countryside, our country has developed the modern agriculture, increased the farmers'income and improved the appearance of the countryside. We also trained the new peasant, increased the agricultural investments and had to deepen the reform of the rural area. All of these made the countryside has a new appearance. The essential duty of the construction of the new countryside is to develop the economy. The key of this research is how to ensure the farmer's safety and how to guarantee the work safety through the economic development process.In this research I will analyze the essential condition and the present conditions of work safety through the construction of the new countryside, will explore the reasonable mechanism of safety in the economic development of the rural areas, will analysis the safety problems of the construction of the new countryside in recent years, will summary the present safety conditions of our country's rural areas, and will forecast the possible questions of safety which will appear through the construction process. And then I will propose to establish a set of powerful government supervision system of work safety in the countryside, which depends on the government supervision system, refers to the city social security system and conforms to the development of the rural areas.Another important content of this article is to propose a set of means to improve the safety quality and to enhance the safety skills of the peasants. To train the new peasants is the main direction of the construction of the countryside. In the process of raising the new farmer's, we not only need to raise their agriculture skills, accomplish their literacy, but also to improve their security qualities. When they faced all sorts of production situation which occurs, they can know how to save themselves and to ensure their own security. In the foundation of the front studies, I design the education and training plan to the new peasant from the microscopic safety.
