The research on systematization of work safety standardization’s management factors of underground mine takes the system characteristics as important basis, which is to evaluate the entirety, relevance, objectivity, sequence and environmental adaptability. Because the managing work of underground mine’s work safety standardization have14factors and correlate with each other. From the view of the mine safety management, the management of factors obeys the principle and method of safety system engineering, so many safety management departments of mine and some regulators are concerned about the relationship, in order to get the integral safety benefit promotion effect of the mine.Author takes the demand as the research object, in this article to study the relationship between each factor, and combined with the several years work experience base on involvement in work safety standardization of Xincheng Gold Mine, confirms the correlation and forms the periodic correlation analysis table of safety factors. On this basis, the systematic engineering approach of the Xincheng Gold Mine safety management is discussed.This article also takes the risk management in the work safety standardization elements as the key item to analysis. In the analysis, the key elements of safety are devided to9first class index, and38secondary indicators. According to the uncertainty, the safety measures of each factor are assessed by unknown measure theory calculation, and the results of the risk assessment for the mine are formed.The above research contents provide an important theoretical basis to form safety decision. And mine production enterprises can confirm the key security factors to improve the safety level of mine just by the limited security money for credits, considering the safety factors affecting range and degree of ascension, then the integrity of the underground mine safety production level can be rised continually.
