Study On The Furniture Packaging Based On The Green Logistics

Based on the idea of green logistics, discussing and exploring the problems existed in the process of packaging during the furniture logistics, in order to control the packaging costs, improve the quality of packaging, reduce the resources and ensure the product safety through two sides controls, including single-packaged goods and assembly-packaging goods.Single-packaged furniture takes the dynamics of cushion packaging materials as theoretical foundation, analysising the furniture product packaging requirements under transport circulation environment, handing and warehousing conditions to meet the goal that implementing a reasonable cushion packaging design for furniture products. In the paper, I pointed design steps and methods of furniture transport packaging in different circumstances, and achieved the scientific and rational packaging utilizing the optimal furniture packaging design theory, reduded the cost.In the assembly-packaging furniture, this paper mainly research on the packaging features and international standards both of trayes and containers, and discussed the space optimal utilization of the assembly-packaging. We can improve the the furniture logistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs by changing the stacking ways with different products, so that, the furniture packaging will be standardized and internationalized, further, achieve the environmental benefits and economic interests maximum.
