In the face of economic globalization,China’s exports of mechanical and electrical products is inevitable. As one of the products of the export of electromechanical products in our country,the performance of the electric welding machine plays a decisive role in the whole transportation process. For a long time, electric welding machine manufacturing enterprises do not attach importance to the transport packaging, packaging form is too single, widespread less packaging problems, resulting in electric welding machine in the transportation is easy to damage, enterprises huge economic losses caused. In this paper, the research on the transport packaging technology and test of electric welding machine, optimization and improvement of the current mainstream transport packaging methods, the use of test to verify its suitability and effectiveness.Study on the main harm of highway transportation largest, first of all, to establish the dynamics model of packaging system, through the simulation analysis of influence of various factors on the vibration response of the system, to provide theoretical guidance for the subsequent design; secondly, the use of cushioning packaging design six steps on the current mainstream transport packaging design, put forward the innovative design scheme; finally,through study on transport packaging test, fixed frequency vibration test is representative of the actual selection encountered in the process of transportation and logistics, constant frequency vibration, variable-frequency vibration , random test and drop test, two kinds of packing before and after optimization by comparison and analysis of the test results, the optimized scheme was greatly improved in the protection, to prevent damage during transport, electric welding machine, reduce the enterprise transport links in the logistics do not have Economic losses to be.
