In the era of "internet+", furnishing enterprises are facing an important revolution which is never faced. The third-party logistics of furniture industry fastly appear and develop in the recolution because of the new internet market channel. And then, a big challenge is brighten to the furniture product cushioning pakage. Therefor, the furnishing enterprises have the responsibility and necessary to improve the quality of furniture product cushioning pakage to adapt the new logistics style.This paper’s main research content and result are displayed as fallows:(1) Trough the field research, the distribution chracteristics of TPL and the damage speciality of furniture were summarized and five basic requirments of TPL to furniture cushioning package were presented which named protection requirement, subpackage requirement, strength requirement, convenience requirement and space requirement.(2) Through the cushion charateristics experiments of Expandable Polyethylene, Expandable Polystyrene and honeycomb cardboard, six rules of cushion disposition in furniture package were presented. Firstly, Expandable Polyethylene and Expandable Polystyrene can improve the ability of package to resistin external force through increasing thickness, but the method is not useful to honeycomb cardboard. Secondly, improving the ability of package to resis external force can through selecting a higer density Expandable Polystyrene. Thirdly, it’s better to select the Expandable Polyethylene or Expandable Polystyrene, rather than honeycomb cardboard, to protect the position which could be impact many times. Fourthly, for dismounting-package, the best compound mode concludes the high density Expandable Polystyrene coner protecter, the middle density Expandable Polystyrene edge protecter or middle density Expandable Polyethylene edge protecter, and the low density Expandable Polystyrene face protecter or honeycomb cardboard face protecter. Fifthly, for whole-package, the best compound mode concludes the high density Expandable Polystyrene coner protecter, high density Expandable Polystyrene edge protecter and the low density Expandable Polystyrene face protecter or honeycomb cardboard face protecter. At last, the low density Expandable Polystyrene and Expandable Polystyrene are the best fill material.(3) According the basic furniture variety and the furniture structure, two kinds of package methods were presented which named dismounting-package and whole-package.Dismounting-package has three styles named single style, group style and special style. There are three kinds of cushion disposition modles of flat package and wood frame for external use. Whole-package has two styles named full style and surplus style. There are two kinds of cushion disposition modles of normal package and wood frame for internal use. A useful package method was presented for the panel-type furniture named vertical and intersection basic edges or faces rule.(4) The evaluation system to evaluate the furniture cushionging package case was established which include quality evaluation part and cost evaluation part. The quality evaluation part is more important than the cost evaluation part. Quality evaluation includes transportation simulation tests and evalucation according internal product indicator, cushion material indicator and appearance indicator after simulation tests.Cost evaluation need to calculate the cushion material cost, the total cost of the furniture package and the relative percent. And then, according above calculation results, designers can evaluate the reasonability of the furniture cuhionging package case and take it as the reference to improve the package’s economic benefit.
