A Simulation Training System For Typical Heat Treatment Operation

Heat treatment is an important process of machinery manufacturing, which is a key process to ensure and improve the quality and life of machinery parts, fully play the potential of materials, and a basic means to improve the competitiveness domestic and foreign manufacturing companies. As the basis parts and components of machine equipment, gear's heat treatment process directly relates to the tooth surface mesh stability and life, and determines the quality of the entire components product. In order to improve the heat treatment quality of the gear, our country has brought in a large number of advanced multi-purpose furnaces from foreign countries. But because of the great difference between multi-purpose furnace and traditional heat treatment furnace, such as the parameters during the operation, it results in today's heat treatment greatly talent gap. In order to train better heat treatment qualified personnel, we developed this simulation training system for typical heat treatment operation.As one of the most popular vector animation software, Adobe's Flash is welcomed by more and more users. The more mature current version is Flash8, which has more powerful function and convenient operation. Combining Flash animation and training increases intuitive and interactive scene during operation learning, makes students willing to accept, and can significantly increase the efficiency of training.This training system is developed for AICHELIN multi-purpose furnace from Austria. It's control system uses modern popular interactive computer control system, supplemented by PLC program controller, realizes the system automatically controlling, automatic operation, Pollution-free to environment, process monitoring and production safety. This thesis first researched the basic operation of AICHELIN multi-purpose furnace, as well as the potential trap that may arise during operation, and express a warning of the wrong operation. In this system first proposed the heat treatment parameters of the two kinds of gear that needs to carburize, and then develop the procedure that can be used by AICHELIN multi-purpose furnace according the parameters. On the basis of start-up inspection, we entered the operation interface. AICHELIN multi-purpose furnace's panels include Overview, Program Selection, Adjust Mode, Closing Adjust Mode, Program Mode, Temperature, C-Level and Oil control panel. Each panel in the system is a separate module. The most concerned parts of this system are about the workers operating in the normal work during the loading and unloading action. This system simulates the operation if there are problems, and the serious consequences that may arise.Through the training of this simulation system, the main requirement of mastering multi-purpose carburizing and quenching can be achieved, and purpose of simulation training can be realized.
