Multi-purpose station,as an important production of oilfield gathering system station, assumes the task of processing and gathering of oil and gas. It receives oil from oil wells and well-testing stations or block stations, finishes oil and gas separation dehydration of crude oil and stable work and so on in standing, then, transports crude oil, oilfield gas and light hydrocarbon to mine depot and the user, at the same time,the qualified oily sewage after treatment will be transported to water injection station. Multi-purpose station system of efficient, safe and reliable operation directly relates to the normal work of the subsequent link, especially in relation to the high quality of the finished product oil output.So, this topic through the Multi-purpose station simulation training system to simulate the scene and the real operation of the station, will let the post works can truly feel and really simulate the real operation process, with the whole operation process and comprehensive introduction of the operating room, improving the training efficiency and the training effect, and then improving the management and practice level of the multi-purpose station gathering system.Multi-purpose station simulation system make full use of modern high-tech technology methods, not only can carry on the computer simulation to the process equipment and the process, but also can be used to analyzing the process characteristics of oilfield combination station and the development of new control strategies. Abroad has developed a lot of mature simulation software, however, these software are basically used to design and operation management of oil and gas pipelines. Software industry in our country a large gap compared with foreign software industry, especially in the field of oil industry.This topic there are three main development task:one is the exploitation of OPC Server based on VC++, one is the exploitation of OPC Server, in which the establishment of mathematic model for all of the application and equipments of multi-purpose station is more important. We adopt polymerization mechanism, abstract a mathematic model from the equipment of multi-purpose station and solve the model by Runge-Kutta method. Then we exploit an OPC Server. The other is making use of the King View to simulate the process of the multi-purpose station, mainly including three aspects of the configuration:normal operation, parking, accident treatment, which apply to the definition of the variables, the frame of animation connection, real time trend curve, alarm, etc. King View as OPC client also carries on the related settings. The last one is to establish a network connection based on King View. It will realize online operation training for workers. And it not only improves the flexibility of the training system and raise the efficiency of training.
