The Pharmaceutical Research Of Xionggui Caspula

The Xionggui San was derived from a medical book of Pu Ji Ben Shi Fang in Song Dynasty, which is comprise of two herbs of Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiaong and Radix Angelicae Sinensis. It is used to treat women diseases due to the efficiency of promoting flow of qi and blood circulation as well as removing blood stasis and alleviating pain. On the basis of effective components, the powder was transformed into capsula by the best extractional condition for convenient use.This reseach mainly studied on the preparing technique of Xionggui Caspula. The conditioned parameter of optimum extraction was selected by orthogonal design method and assessed comprehensinely. Meanwhile middle teste enlargement and quality control standard were performed. The result showed the pharmaceutical optimum parameter of Xionggui capsula was decoction of Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiaong and Radix Angelicae Sinensis with 8 fold water about 1.5h and 3 times.Moreover, the pharmacodynamics studies were performed according to the function of Xionggui capsula. the rat model of blood stasis was performed by injection of isoprenaline and stimulation of ice water. Comparison of different doses of the capsule Xionggui stasis model and the performance of laboratory results. The results showed that the model compared to the control group, Xionggui Capsule high -and low-dose group, the positive drug group may reduce the plasma viscosity, RBC electrophoresis index decreased (P< 0.05or P<0.01); Xionggui Capsule high, low-dose group and can also lower blood viscosity, high shear rate, low shear rate, reduced red blood cell aggregation index (P<0.05) and fibrinogen (P<0.05) dry powder drug can reduce blood viscosity, the inhibition of thromboxane formation. Therefore, Xionggui capsules can be used for clinical have "blood stasis" treatment of the disease.In conclusion, the result of the present study demonstrated the the pharmaceutical optimum parameter of Xionggui capsula, was reasonable and practical. The efficiecy against blood stasis was investigated, which is basic for development.
