Study And Application On The Equilibrium Supporting Technology Of The Gob-Side Entry Driving

This text started with analyzing the deformation and breakage of the gob-side entry driving, by means of researching of the supporting mechanization of the high-strength high pre-stressed yield bolt, research of the principles of equilibrium supporting, and set a model by the ANSYS software, then confirmed the roadway supporting parameters. From actual measurement, we can evaluate the whole supporting effect of the roadway.First, we raised the plan of remain a narrow pillar which is 3.8 m to protect the roadway, with analyzing the deformation and breakage of the gob-side entry driving, choosing of roadway's reasonable position, confirmed that the plan was feasible. Second, analyzed the supporting mechanization of the high-strength high pre-stressed yield bolt, the pre-stressed yield bolt was obviously decreased in its own force and controlling the roadway's deflection. This not only enhanced the anchor's security, but also ensured the roadway's long-term stability. Third, raised the plan of equilibrium supporting, and set ANSYS models, through finite element methods, raised that increasing the supporting intensity of the narrow pillar when devised the supporting of the left side which had obvious stress and drifts, to achieve the equilibrium of drifts and stress. Fourth, according the condition that the 411 roadway was driving along the 3 coal's floor and was effected by the kinetic pressure from 408 working face and the gob, to effectively control roof's broken, decrease the both sides drifts and roof's crush, through analyzing we ensured that using the combined supporting system with bolt, steel mesh and anchor. Countered that roadway rock's stress and deformation is asymmetrical distribution, the sides'anchors were arranged asymmetrically, and then we had made the initial supporting plan of bolt, steel mesh and anchor system for the text working face.Through the observation, analyzed the main supporting effect of the 411 roadway, deformation of the roadway's roof and sides were all controlled in the prospective extent, and the roadway supporting was perfect. Equilibrium supporting technique could provide technique guarantee and basic premise for coal mine to cut the cost of production, keep continue and get the major economic effectiveness.
