Study On Speed-skates With Measure Technology

The modern ice-sports bring more demands to the quality of skates. The arc of the ice skates is one of the most important factors which determine the function of the skidding, and it has an important degree influence on grades of players. At present, the arc of the skate is measured by hand, mainly exiting1) low efficiency, precision and automation2) the selection of the arc and the parameter of the grinding is indeterminacy and inaccurate; etc matter.The thesis applies the numerical control technology to the domain of the measure of the skate for the first time, reckoning on computer, numerical control and database etc new technology ,assure the quality, efficiency and precision. The dissertation focuses on following aspects:Firstly, through the printer interface of the PC or notebook PC, take the skates measuring machine as an exterior equipment of PC for control, realizing the directness NC of PC. Through pc, a hardware platform, the design of the arc, measurement and grinding etc technology are set in a portability machine, transferring hand-measuring of the skates to NC- measuring, improving the quality and precision of skates measuring.Secondly, the software and the hardware structure of this special system are studied, the factors which influencing the efficiency and precision have been analysed, the collectivity layout and control means of inspection system have been confirmed by optimizing the volume and weigh of measure mchine.Thirdly, the fitting methods of the arc have been studied, including 1) The Least square fitting2) B-spline curves fitting, and applying the two arithmetics to the measuring system.Finally, a skate NC system is developed on the open NC platform of"Huazhong litter doctor", the optimization parameter of the grinding has been begged, and the the database of players and skates have been set up, improving ability of the recuring and design for the measuring data, above all, accelerating the science of managing the skates.
