Aluminum electrolysis industry has always been a high energy consumption industry, in recent years, the rising price of electricity, the survival pressure is more and high electricity makes the aluminum electrolysis enterprises survival under increasing pressure. Related technical personnel at home and abroad in order to further tap the potential of energy saving and consumption reducing the problem to a lot of research work, and gradually formed a unified understanding, namely through the anode current distribution monitoring, accurately grasp the actual situation of the whole cell current distribution, and as an important basis to determine the actual working state of aluminum electrolytic cell, reduce the voltage of the tank and anode effect prediction, and to reduce the energy consumption, to achieve efficient production purposes. However, the current actual situation, the current distribution monitoring technology of domestic aluminium electrolysis enterprise compared to aluminum electrolysis enterprises abroad advanced there is still a considerable gap. Therefore, the design of aluminum reduction cell anode current distribution monitoring system is of great significance.This paper uses the ultra low power MCU CC430F5137of TI company as the core chip, based on the open source SimpliciTI as the network protocol framework, which put forward the site collection node ED, range extender node RE and data processing extension of the current node AP that distributed wireless data acquisition system design scheme, and expounds the design of MCU control module, data acquisition module and the wireless communication module, communication protocol system, completed the design, structure and test of the network hardware platform system.Based on the hardware platform, designed of the software program including AP, RE and ED nodes, the relevant application program design of data acquisition module, wireless communication module sensor node, to realize the self organizational operating network system, including network nodes joining or leaving, nodes communication, nodes sleep or wake-up, frequency hopping, ping the nodes, switching the ED node data upload mode and other functions, to ensure the reliability of data acquisition and transmission; use the Qt software to design the PC monitoring program, completed the design of monitoring platform, realized the database management, monitoring platform node status display, history curve query and other functions.Through the experiments network about, point to point communication, point to multipoint communication as well as on single terminal node communication performance test of the whole system.The results show that the communication performance of each node can be good, accurate data collection and upload the data center, to achieve real-time monitoring of aluminum cell anode guide rod current distribution, to achieve the desired effect. Based on the previous research, design a set of suitable for aluminum electrolytic cell anode current distribution of the on-line monitoring system, and completed the system performance test in an aluminum electrolysis400kA series, received the expected results.
