Research And Development Of Solidification Simulation Management System Based On Web

Casting is an extremely complicated process. By using CAE to simulate the solidification process, the trial-manufacture time could be shortened, the waste product rate and manufacture cost also could be reduced, and the product quality could be improved. Therefore, the simulation of solidification will be a very important step in the casting production. By the support of InteCast Integration System, this thesis built a solidification simulation management system based on web. Centering on the research and development of solidification simulation, this thesis went into particulars the design process of the system, which includes feasibility analysis, requirement analysis, collectivity design, particular design and code programming.The research of SSMS (Solidification Simulation Management System) includes two modules. The first module is used for managing the InteCast software agent and software user, and the second module is online solidification simulation system, which offers online solidification simulation services.The customer management system is used for managing the users'information and tracing the users'statement. The Intecast software users include un-auditing user, potential user and formal user. The software developers and agents could log into the system at any moment to get the particular information of the users, thereby the system could assist the developers and agents by making sales decision. The system could also assist the developers by managing the agents. By using the system, the work efficiency of the developers and agents could be greatly improved.The services offered by SSMS are convenient to use. Users just need to log into the system and upload 3 dimension casting files and parameters. Users can also view and handle the simulation result by using the system.The SSMS could offer simulation services for more foundry enterprises especially small and medium enterprises. In additional to the research above, this thesis gave several advices for further development and research.
