The structure-security and steel-waste of Large Pulse Jet Collector, which is rapid developing in manufacturing, electric power, metallurgy, is paid more and more attention. Traditional methods can't satisfy these requirements nowadays. Analyzing the structure of that collector and develop an effective method to deal with waste of steel and hidden troubles is of great importance.In this paper, several traditional models for computing are introduced at first. Conferring probability theory, the load boundary condition of that collector is analyzed, the characteristic values of Tubesheet in different design reference periods are computed. Based on homogenization method, after lots of numerical experiments, the mechanical characteristic of Tubesheet controlled different structure parameters is studied, and an empiristic formulas that could simplify Tubesheet to stiffen plate is gained. Then, G-M method is employed and Tubesheet is simplified to a normal plate. Finally, programs for computing of Tubesheet, hopper, frame, joist are developed, and designing of Tubesheet, optimizing of hopper, aseismatic performance of joist are analyzed.In sum, this paper provides reference and simple method for designing, computing, optimizing of Large Pulse Jet Collector, and helpful for forming an effective and accurate Collector designing system.
