As diamond frame gang saw has the advantage of high efficiency and quality, producing less production waste, it becomes one of the uppermost machines for manufacturing big marble slab. Currently, diamond frame gang saw technology has a big advancement, but it still has many problems, such as machine structure is too ponderosity, key component structure is not in reason, and equipment design is lack of academic guidance. At the same time, as the requirement and quality of big marble slab become more and more high, the properties of the equipment needs more stringent requirements, so it is needed to lucubrate dynamic properties of the equipment, and to optimize the structure of the equipment.According to the principle analysis of diamond frame gang saw in and out of China, including current research and questions of the equipment, modularize design the equipment, and establish the diamond frame gang saw virtual prototype. Kinematics and dynamics theory analysis and simulation analysis are carried on for the diamond frame gang saw. According to the accordant result, get kinematics disciplinarian and dynamics performance of the key parts of the crank-link mechanism.Parametric establishe the gangsaw virtual prototype using the ADAMS, set the minimum force of parts as objective function, investigate the influence of paramerters such as rotating speed of flywheel, length of brace and connecting rods, establish the optimize method, figure out the best rotating speed of flywheel and lenth of brace and connecting rods.Optimize the structre and dimension of blade holder frame, connecting rods and flywheel, investigate the influence of paramerters to intensity and force of assembly based on ANSYS Workbench Environment (AWE), establish the optimize method, figure out the best result. The static and dynamic performance of new structer is analysed using FEM, the intensity is also checked. After optimization, the mass of new assembly is abated, the force reduced during movment progress.After dynamic anaslysis and optimization design, the new mashine is finished. The mass of new diamond frame gang saw is abated, and force is abated, configuration is more reasonable. The mashine operates more reposefully, and quality of manufacturing big marble slab is higher. The new machine improves its market competitive ability, which is propitious to the development of diamond frame gang saw.
