Study On Properties Of Epoxy Resin/Poly Aryl Ether Ketone Modification And Large-tow Carbon Fiber Composites

The new modification resin had been manufactured by Poly Aryl Ether Ketone modified formerly epoxy resin in this paper. The new resin had been analyzed using transform infrared ray, differential scanning calorimetry and dynamic mechanical-thermal analysis. The prepreg of modification epoxy resin / large-tow carbon fiber had been analyzed using scanning electron microscope, The modification epoxy resin / large-tow carbon fiber composites capability including mechanical,toughness,hot-wet and medium had also been tested.The results show that the modification epoxy resin united compatible problem for carbon fiber. The prepreg of modification epoxy resin / large-tow carbon fiber could content request composites design of layer-up don't change after carbon fiber have been replaced. The all testing results of modification epoxy resin / large-tow carbon fiber composite laminate delegate level of engineering.
