| The properties of the fabric is decided by the structure of the fabric,while the structure of the fabric has relationship with the structure of yams.In this dissertation, a new yarn-Parallel Plied Yarn is brought forward and applied it to the knitted-fabric, and according the theory that the change of the yams' structure can arise the change of the structure of the knitted fabric.This dissertation based on the groovy performance parameter,analysed the influences that the wearing characteristics of the knitted-fabric made of the Parallel Plied Yam.In this dissertation we arranged two or more filaments Paralleled and made them pass throuth a device of the gas vortex muzzle.Bundle the twine with the surface of the filament through the gas vortex,then we can get the Parallel Plied Yarn.The Parallel Plied Yarn made by two filaments can be simulated by a course round,and the Parallel Plied Yarn made by three filaments can be simulated by a figure similar as a triangle.In this dissertation,we analysed the properties of the Parallel Plied Yarn that was first spinned on the Air-jet Spinning Frame.According to the problems of the spinned Parallel Plied Yam through the test of the yams and the improvements to these problems,we produced new muzzle,and used fit together muzzle to produce Parallel Plied Yam,and then got the improved Parallel Plied Yarn.The new Parallel Plied Yam can be twinned better by the filoplume from the appearance of the filaments.The position of the filaments are more steady. We applied the Parallel Plied Yam to the knitted fabric,and used technical parameter debugging and weaving on the machined to Knitted the Parallel Plied Yam, two filaments and twisted yams respectively and then analysed the Parallel Plied Yam we got.This article compared the knitted-fabrics made of Parallel Plied Yam with the normal double yam feeding fabrics of the same specifications and the knitted fabric made of the twisted yam.The results showed that the knitted-fabrics made of Parallel Plied Yam were more strong in bursting,better in texture feature and stiffness than the with the normal double yam feeding fabrics.The results also showed that the knitted-fabrics made of Parallel Plied Yam are more tight and thick and the texture feature are more in focus than the knitted-fabrics made of the twisted yams.This dissertation started with analysing the basic structures of the knitted fabric configuration and worked over the factor affect on the knitted fabric.It analysed the change of the fabric's parameter caused by the alter of the yam's structure.This dissertation got conclusion that the filaments in the knitted fabric made of the Parallel Plied Yarn were erective.This dissertation also got a conclusion that the section of the yarn in the knitted fabric made of the Parallel Plied Yarn like a shape of a course round.The bending rigidity is increscent because of the accretion of the thickness for the knitted fabric made of the Parallel Plied Yam.So the knitted fabric made of the Parallel Plied Yam were more strong in stiffness.In a word,the Parallel Plied Yam can come into being by the twine of the filoplume.The wearing characteristics of the knitted fabric made of the Parallel Plied Yam altered because of the specific of the structure of the yams. |
