Recently years, The synthesis of coordination compounds with special performances and various structures have been of great interests due to their potential applications as optical materials, superconductor, magnetic, ion exchange, separation and catalyst. Thus Metal-Organic Frameworks, (MOF) and Coordination polymerPolyoxometalates (POMs) have been attracted extensive attention for many years owing to their interesting structural diversity and various potential applications in different areas such as catalysis, sorption, electrical conductivity, magnetism, photochemistry, medicine and material science.More and more researchers and groups focus their attentions on decorating and fine-tuning the structures at molecular level by capping and supporting them in order to explore their performances and various potential applications. In this paper, the flexible acids (such as butane diacid, oxalic acid and adipate acid) and N-heterocyclic organic ligands have been employed to act as pHdegree adjustion when we syntheses the coordination polymer of earth mental, and two coordination compounds (1?2)have been got; we also synthesis two POMs (3,4)under hydrothermal condition.,another transitional mental coordination polymer was synthesized under solvent thermal condition. . On the bases of X-ray structural analyses, some compounds have been characterized by IR, XRD and fluorescence spectra. The thermal analyses of some compounds have also been studied, which would take a role in the explorations of structures and functions for the compounds.1.The synthesis of two rare earth mental coordination polymers with La3+ - butane diacid -oxalic acid N-heterocyclic organic ligand 2,2'?bpy was used as regulator of pH degree .we got 2 compounds(1)and(2),both of them have the same structure ,each central metal atom was connected by eight O atoms and they can considered as dodecahedron unit .all the units connected each other by share the same border and in this way they can form a 1D chain then all chains were connected by butane diacid to form a 2D net .in the end through the oxalic acid connection the 3D structure was formed.2,We try to synthesis some coordination compounds building with POMs, but a we get two different kinds of compounds 3and 4.the compound 3was a kind of POM which was synthesized by the Co3+ metal and V4O10 and 2,2'?bpy worked as a ligand to connected the neighbor cluster. But compound 4was formed just Co-V-O, in that condition each metal atom was connected by six O atom to form CoO6 and connacted with VO4 finally they formed 3D structure.
