In this thesis,emsslinking polymeric dyes based on polyvinylamine are synthesized through two ways.The aim is to achieve 100%fixation ratio because of the reaction between amino group on polymeric backbone and crosslinking agent.Disperse Red 3B sulfonyl chloride and 4-acetaminobenzenesulfonyl chloride are prepared by chlorosulfonation of the corresponding Disperse Red 3B and 4-acetaminobenzene with chlorosulfonic acid-thionyl chloride.Their structures are confirmed by IR,~1H NMR and MS.Polymeric intermediate for diazo coupling reaction is prepared.4-Acetaminobenzene sulfonyl chloride is connected to polyvinylamine and hydrolyzed in acid.The reaction temperature,solvent,concentration of polyvinylamine,hydrolysis medium are studied.Its structure is confirmed by IR and TLC.A series of crosslinking polymeric dyes are obtained by the diazo and coupling with ten compounds.One red crosslinking polymeric dye is prepared in mixed solvent of water and tetrahydrofuran(Schotten-Baumann reaction)from Disperse Red 3B sulfonyl chloride and polyvinylamine.The sulfonamide group in polymeric dye is confirmed by IR.What is more, one blue crosslinking polymeric dye is synthesized in water with polyvinylamine.With use of BBTA as fixation agent,the dyeing characteristics on silk and cotton is studied through padding or dipping operation.The fixation ratio of the crosslinking polymeric dyes reached higher than 98%.The wash-fastness,rub-fastness light fastness crosslinking polymeric dyes reached 5 grade,3~4 grade,5 grade,respectively.
