The people of our country and other regions about half the population eat rice. In order to improve the eating quality of rice and its increasingly high precision processing, loss of many nutrients in the surface of rice is inevitable. And in the cereal products, compared to the ideal model of amino acids, lysine and threonine become the first and second, respectively restrictive amino acids. Considered the rice is the main staple food of our people, through processing to improve their nutritional composition and improve their bioavailability, is of great realistic significance.This paper studies experimental production line of fortified rice, about puffing, the leaching and the adsorption ,nursing film .drying and mixing equipment. Doing experiment of production Technology to study of the production process parameters on product quality and strengthen the effect of nutrition .It is found that the problems that exist in technology, the introduction of new solutions, and verify its feasibility. Main conclusions indicated that:First while rice swelling may led to crack in the surface so that the nutriments can go internally. Equipment of Experimental production line used in the pretreatment of rice, there are serious uneven situation, the stability of products for a certain worry.Second, processes of experimental production line, in particular the expansion and the baptist smoke, are unreasonable. This paper presents a baptist suction vacuum suction and microwave baptist, and found its suction effect than ultrasonic baptist suction facilitately nutrient absorption.Third, analysis of the experimental production line's suction baptist, baptist found both have applied suction operation, not really sense the baptist absorption. Fourth, through the experiment that rice is washed and found that the product lysine hydrochloride loss rate as high as 48.8 %, while for film products nutrient loss rate was 52.8%.Fifth, by boiling drying, and the design and debugging of the equipment, through the membrane drying care products and found that drying the sample on the success of a grain of rice to avoid equipment and adhesion defects such as a corporation.Sixth the feasibility of its hybrid equipment is verified by analysis of product in experimental production line.This paper studies the system of the baptist suction fortified rice production technology,to examine and verify applied to industrial production of fortified rice production technology, in order to the industrialization of developing an experimental basis and provide theoretical support.
