Belt Press filter is a new type of industrial sludge dewatering fine materials and olid-liquid separation equipment. Because of their simple structure, convenient operation, low energy consumption, low noise, large capacity, the advantages of continuous operation, in recent years in the chemical, paper, environmental protection and other fields have been quick application.However, as science and technology progress and the development of production, Belt Filter Press and dehydration effects processing capabilities, more production can not meet the needs of the development. Although, in recent years, domestic and foreign experts, as well as manufacturers squeeze on the belt filter structure has been improved and optimized, however, the squeeze its belt filter dewatering mechanism of less-pressing so many years with no greater filtering technology progress.Because of the crushing workloads, the rack is withstood by alternating stress. The light rack designed by experience deformation occurred. while not increase the weight of Rack (or reduce the structural weight), and increase its reliability and stability is also the issue of this paper. Therefore, the paper " Belt Filter Dewatering Crushing Mechanism and Host-optimized Design " as the main content and research. Specific research work carried out the following:⑴Contrapose the study of this paper, through studied the mechanism of the belt filter dewatering crushing and the main factors which impact the efficiency of belt filter dewatering;then summarized the theories of crushing filtration.All of those established the theoretical foundation,for the in-depth study belt Press filtering technology.⑵Through the basis of filter press theory,I derived and constructed the 3D dynamic model of the belt filter dewatering process⑶through studied the optimization theory,and combined with the requirements of Belt Filter Press mainframe, used finite element of a mainframe-modal analysis and design optimization of robust reliability. By optimizing design of the console-weight than the former host-optimized and reduced the weight by 10 to 15 percent, and its stability better than before.The research of this paper established theoretical basis for the development of belt filter pressing.
