In twenty years, along with the increase of global environmental pollution, the lack of energy and the attention of the public on the environmental protection, people begin to oppugn the main prime criminal who leads to the labefaction of environment and zoology-chemistry and chemistry engineering. The 21st century is witnessing a green industrial revolution whose aim is to save resource and energy, and to keep environment balance. Green chemistry comes into being. Green chemistry is called chemistry that is friendly to the environment, which has been one of the main research direction of chemistry in 21st century. Now the research emphases of green chemistry are organic electrosynthesis technology, enzyme catalysing technology and chemistry catalysing synthesis technology. In recent years, studies on the synthesis of chemical substance which are friendly to the environment became an important branch of green chemistry. It was found that the physiological activity of many organic compounds which were inducted fluorine atom was improved greatly. Scientists have manufactured many kinds of pesticide and medicine containing fluorine atom.However, fluorine atom seldom exists in natural organic compounds. Therefore, the studies of fluorine organic intermediates were increasingly taken into accounted. The application of chemistry catalysing synthesis technology to traditional chemical engineering is of great importance to the decrease of the pollution and the enhancement of transformation and selectivity. Consequently, the development and application of a new and high-performance catalyst is one of the direction of engineering technology improvement in modern chemistry.In this paper we studied the production technology of p-trifluoromethylaniline by the use of green catalyst, and got the best production conditions of p-trifluoromethylaniline. We also studied the synthesis of the catalyst in the production of the p-trifluoromethylaniline under ordinary pressure and high pressure primarily and the synthesis of p-trifluoromethylaniline by solid acid catalyst.There are three parts: 1. The characteristics of fluorine pesticide and medicine and the development and application of various medicine are reviewed, and the development foreground of fluorine medicament is assumed. The green catalyze technologies in traditional chemical engineering production are reviewed by five examples, and four new high-performance catalyzed technologies recently are introduced simply.2. The synthesis of p-trifluoromethylaniline is studied and the best reaction conditions are founded. The synthesis route adapts to manufacture.3. The synthesis of intermediates of pesticide and medicine p-trifluoromethyl- aniline by solid acid catalyst is studied.
